Pre-Order INFO

To better offer our customers a wider range of clothing selections, some of our items require pre-ordering and will be labelled as so on the product page in BOLD. This means these items require an extra wait time as they are manufactured and shipped out to us.

The current average dispatch timeframe is 2-3 weeks. This does not include any production and delivery delays by the manufacturers and shipping companies, and also does not include the delivery time by Australia Post. 

We are unable to offer any cancellation on pre-order orders.

Any issues with delays with pre-order items/orders will be communicated immediately with the customers. We will do our utmost best to get your items out to you as soon as possible.
